Wins Counted as Losses After “EA Servers Unable to Process Request”
I am reporting a serious issue in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team that keeps happening in FUT Champions, Rivals, and sometimes events.
When I am clearly winning a match, sometimes by 3, 4, or more goals, the opponent stays in the game until the final whistle. After the match ends, instead of showing the final score and giving me the win, the game keeps loading at the bottom and then shows this message:
“The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.”
After this, I get kicked out of Ultimate Team and the match is counted as a loss, as if I disconnected, even though I completed the full match and was winning clearly.
This has happened to me around three times in FUT Champions, and in Rivals it has happened so many times that I cannot even count anymore. It is ruining competitive gameplay because wins are being turned into losses, rewards are being affected, and players are wasting time for nothing.
This does not look like a normal connection issue. It seems like a bug or exploit that some opponents are abusing when they are losing. I have also seen other players online reporting the same problem.
EA needs to investigate this urgently, fix the issue, review affected matches, and compensate players who lost wins, rewards, and time because of this problem.
