Loading problems

My menus are extremely slow compared to my in-game performance. For example, it took around two minutes just for a pack to open, yet once I’m actually in a game I have no connectivity issues at all, no lag, no disconnections, and smooth gameplay. The problem only seems to occur in the menus, where loading actions are delayed and unresponsive, which suggests it isn’t my general internet connection but something specific to how the game handles online menu services.

I do not have wired internet connection.
