Loads for 1m 30 on almost every screen

Since the last patch the game takes 2mins to load (sometimes doesn't even connect a few times which doesn't usually happen), once I open fut it takes 2 mins to load onto any screen and during all of this the fc 26 loading triangle icon is on the bottom of every screen, after any game ends it then loads for another 2 mins.

What's the fix??
