Login / Verification Code

Hi,

I bought EA 25 last year and immediately had a problem… Login with the server, every time I tried to log in, it didn't work and for the only reason that I didn't receive a verification code in my email. Yesterday I bought EA 26 and I was hoping that I could somehow fix it, but unfortunately nothing. I don't know what to do with it, I tried everything and nothing.
