Losing access to Transfer market after having access to it

Hi all,

I'm yet to see anyone have the same problem I'm facing so I thought I might discuss mine here in case there is a solution to it. 

I had access to the transfer market on the webapp all of fc26 without issue up until last week or possibly 2 weeks ago, I don't have an exact date because I was never notified by EA about it. 

I randomly lost access to the transfer market on my webapp after already having access to it, which is something I have genuinely never seen before in the 10 years I've playing FIFA/FC.

I know for a fact I have not been suspended/ banned as I have not received any notification in-game or by email, and I still have full access to the market on ps console. The web app also says " This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the web or companion app" which is clear proof I am not banned but rather lost access for whatever reason. 

Yes, I have completed ALL the foundations objectives, the "intro to SBCs" SBCs and have over 700 games played with 500+ hours on the game. 

I also play Ultimate Team consistently, playing multiple matches a day including division rivals and competing in fut champions weekly.

I've spoken to EA Live chat twice now and have not received a satisfactory resolution to this issue or any guidance at all with this matter.

Can someone pleas help me?
