Losing connection AFTER the match

I won the game in FUT rivals mode 9:5. The game ended and while it was loading the menu screen, message shows me that I AM DISCONNECTED and even the fact I won that game, after reentering FUT mode, message showing me disconnection and counting as loss haha. Where are my 3 points EA?
