Low fps

When I start fc26, its perfectly fine no lag or delay and everything runs smoothly but as soon as I load into a match, everything starts lagging. Im getting maybe around 10-15 fps in a match and if I exit out of that match, everything else starts to lag. I turned every setting to low and turned off the hair strand thing. In task manager, my GPU is only around 70 percent. On fc25, everything ran smoothly and I never had a problem with my fps. I even went back to fc25 to see if it's my hardware's fault and it still runs very well with no delay or lag.
