Manager career gone

I know there's a few older threads on this but none of them have been addressed by EA so I'm starting another one. 

Just had an update and now my entire manager career is gone. Took me long enough to find it from the terrible UI design initially but now the entire career/files etc don't exist. Is there anyway to retrieve this? Really don't want to have to start an entire new career and make another club....
