No response from EA, coming up to a week, imagine paying for a car and then they take it back a week later for no adequate reason, or imagine buying some food and your just about to eat it and then the shopkeeper bursts in and takes it.
they say the won’t tell me why I got banned as it’s a trade secret, I know how I got banned and it was one of the reasons above, playing the game fairly.
did you manage to do anything? I'm in a similar situation, only exception is that I got coin wiped, not banned, I can still buy / sell players even on the webApp. If I'm not recovering my coins, I'm done.
