Missing foundation/starter player pick after disconnect

Hi EA team,

 

My FC 26 UT Foundation/Starter "1/5 Player Pick (Purchase)" was lost due to server disconnect.

 

Details: I started the beginner challenge (5 passes + 1 goal), clicked play, connection dropped immediately. The pack (84 Doku TOTW Man City, 87 Barcola UCL PSG, 85 Orsolini SGO Bologna - pick 1) never appeared in club, My Packs, Inbox or Unassigned.

Time: Around 22:21 +03 Istanbul time today.

 

Challenge doesn't reappear in Objectives. Please grant the pack manually to my club. Screenshots attached.
