Missing / Delayed Referee Whistle on PS5

Platform: PS5

Issue: The referee whistle is missing or delayed during fouls, halftime, and full-time. The animation plays, but no whistle sound is heard.

Reproduction:

Happens in any match, across multiple modes.

Audio:

All other sounds work normally. Changing audio settings does not fix it.

Expectation:

Referee whistle should always play on time.
