Missing 4600 FC Points and Icon Loan in FC26 Ultimate Edition

Hello EA Community and Support Team,

I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on PlayStation 
(Order number: 786933566046021, Date: 18/09/2025).

According to the official information, I should have received 
4600 FC Points and an Icon Loan Player Pick as part of the pre-order bonuses.
However, these rewards are missing from my account.

I have already contacted EA Help via Twitter, and Email 
but have not received any resolution so far.

Please review my account and provide the missing content,
