Fc26 crashing/freezing mid match on xbox series s

I was playing the game consistently for a couple hours. At a random point in the second half of the early access tournament I received a brief bright green screen and then a full shutdown. Xbox Series X needed to manually be turned back on. This happened once in FC26 and once in FC26 Beta. 

Hey JerdHunt​ generally a crash like this is system rather than game related.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or even taken a look at your console to ensure that the fans are not obstructed.

Why are your team not responding to the PC complaints on this forum!? We paid £89.99 and the game doesn't work at all! What are EA going to do about that to compensate us for not being able to play our ten hour trial and now the full game!

Mode: Career Mode

When I go on Career Mode, I can set up my team, view squad hub, and advance through days normally. But whenever I try to play a match, the game immediately crashes to a black screen and boots me back to the Xbox home dashboard.

I’ve already:

• Reinstalled the game (onto internal storage)
• Cleared cache and alternate MAC address
• Tested both old and new Career saves
• Confirmed that Kick Off and Ultimate Team work fine (so this only happens in Career Mode)

The crash happens every single time when I try to start a match in Career. Please investigate — it looks like a Career Mode–specific bug on Xbox.

My FC 26 is basically unplayable. The game constantly crashes and turns my console completely off, which has happened on other EA games, such as the FC26 beta and also the Battlefield 6 beta. I can play any non-EA title totally fine for hours at a time, but right now on FC 26, I can play one or two matches, and then my console will shut down. I have tried pretty much everything possible, including factory resetting my Xbox, and it is evident that others are having the same issue. I have also cleaned my Xbox thoroughly and know it is not a ventilation issue. PLEASE HELP!

Every time I load up FC26 i can get on the menus but as soon as I press ultimate team it will freeze and crash.  

Randomly Crashes after about a minute.

Think it may be just when I load squad battles will test

Yeah its definately just squad battles I refreshed the opponents and got kicked, get kicked anytime I go back to squad battles but seems other gamemodes work fine. Playing draft right now

i cannot play the game at the minute, the xbox series X version for FC26 literally crashes and dashboards everytime it loads up, it gets to the main menu and then fuzzes and crashes. 

The xbox one version works fine. 

I've tried all the typical stuff to fix.

clear cache, delete profile and re-add, redo saved data. Changed video settings, disabled capture, tried re-installing. NAT type is open etc. Cleaned fans. No luck at all. I have paid for this game and would love to be able to play it. 

Anyone having this issue or is it just me? Any advice?

Every other game i play has worked fine. 

I got my xbox series X on release day but literally never had an issue with it or any other game.
