Missing 500 Points After Winning UT Cup Tournament

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m contacting you regarding an issue I experienced in EA SPORTS FC 26. I recently won a UT Cup tournament, but I didn’t receive my 500 points reward.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, the game incorrectly shows that I finished 2nd place, even though I actually won the final match.

Could you please review this issue and credit the 500 points to my account?
