Missing Asia/Oceania rewards

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Asia & Oceania Objectives in Ultimate Team.
The objectives are fully completed and show a green check mark as if the rewards have already been claimed. There is no Claim button available anymore.
However, I never received the rewards. Tim Cahill is not present in my club, and none of the objective reward packs were delivered to my Store. I have checked my club, My Packs section, and restarted the game multiple times, but the rewards are still missing.
Because the objectives are already marked as completed with a green check mark, I cannot claim them again or repeat the objectives.
Please investigate this issue and restore the missing rewards associated with these completed objectives.
