Missing Asia/Oceania rewards

For the FOF obj Al Owairan. I did not get any rewards, besides random 10k coins. I got the rewards for completing group Objectives, I.e. New Zealand and Australia. But I did not get individual awards for completing each individual objective. I did not get any Cahill? Therefore I cannot complete the objective? This is absolutely ridiculous!! Where are my rewards. I saw on X, that you guys are saying must turn on and off the console. I did that and now I see the rewards are showing BUT I DONT HAVE THEM!!!!! WHERE IS IT??? IT SAYS I COMPLETED AND GOT THE REWARDS BUT I DONT HAVE IT???
