Missing Bonus FIFA Points from Pre-Order

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

 

I have pre-ordered the game, and according to the offer, I should have received between 4600–6000 FIFA Points as part of the bonus. Unfortunately, I have not received them yet.

 

Could you please check my account and help me resolve this issue?
