Missing consumable packs for Club

Just purchased the FC 26 The Worlds Game Edition.  When I logged into my game I did not receive the consumables packs for Club.  Both of my other friends received the consumables packs for club. Now I am currently sitting at a 75 overall player while they have an 85 overall player.  Impossible to keep up with that difference in overall.  Is there a reason why I did not recieve my consumables packs?  I’m hopeful that we can correct this otherwise I will be asking for a refund of the game.  I only purchased this game to be on the same playing field as them.  Clearly I am way behind them.  Please fix this issue or refund my money for my purchase.
