EA FC 26 is disturbing my mental health

I am not even joking when I say this ,I have spent a lot of money just to play this game in the best possible way.

I recently upgraded my Wi-Fi from 100 Mbps to 300 Mbps specifically because FC 26 keeps lagging during online matches. The game freezes for 4–5 seconds in the middle of gameplay, then suddenly resumes in fast forward. This is happening repeatedly, and it is completely ruining the experience.

At this point, I am genuinely done with EA servers. I come back from work wanting to relax and play a game that I have invested my time, money, and energy into, but instead I end up three times more frustrated because I cannot even complete one proper match without this issue happening.

This is not a small inconvenience anymore. It is seriously affecting my peace of mind. I feel helpless because I have tried improving my internet, I have spent extra money, and still the same problem keeps happening. I am not able to enjoy the game at all, and the lack of proper response or resolution from EA is making it even worse.

I need actual help with this. Please do not give me generic troubleshooting steps. I need this issue checked properly because it is clearly affecting online gameplay, and I cannot continue playing like this.

Hey e0e2a28230be563d​ sorry to hear that you are not having a fun time with the game. It is important to remember that if the game is having a negative impact on your frame of mind and general mental health, then there is no harm in not playing for a while.
Gaming should be fun, and once it is no longer, then it's best to take some time away or play something else. There is nothing wrong with taking a break from a game and playing something else.
The issue you describe sounds like it is connection or network-based and in cases like this, we suggest taking a look at our connection troubleshooting steps here
If the issue continues after this, then we would suggest speaking with your ISP, as they will be able to assist you in improving your connection and look for issues.
I know you said that you didn't want generic troubleshooting steps, but in cases like this where you are seeing freezing/the game speeding up then this is in almost every case network or ISP related. Troubleshooting it is the best thing to do.
Upgrading your connection is a good thing to do but it doesn't always fix an issue. More speed is great and all, but if there are issues with routing on the ISP side or issues in the home network, then more speed doesn't mean a fix.
