Missing Consumables / FC Hub rewards

So firstly, a few of my consumables have just straight up disappeared, several X axp bonus. 

Secondly, when I opened the FC Hub it said I had been given a bunch of rewards for last season (including clubs consumables) , but they are not on the my account either, very confused what's happening here. 

DOC09UNAM is my. ID, playing on ea on PC. 

Also when I check the FC Hub it says I am level 0, and I can't even retrieve my axp for doing skill games, can you please help fix these issues please and thanks a million.
