Missing content in Fc26

Hi,

I bought the ultimate edition of Fc26 on my xbox series x, I am a returning player and I did not get any packs when I started my ultimate team on Xbox it only game me te kits and badges.

Secondly I watched the gameplay stream of fc26 on twitch and did not receive rewards for it on my xbox account even though it is connected to my ea account, I did receive it on ps5 account but I didn't buy the game on that account.

Lastly the premium season pass is also missing, i did not get premium season pass even though it should be included in the ultimate edition pre order.

Any help on this would be appreciated
