Missing content

Since 16.12.2025 I have been dealing with the missing content for completing the task with support. I also provided photos and still got the answer....you are not entitled to the reward. I know that nothing good will come out of the packages. But I am concerned about the principle that by buying the game I support EA. I dedicate my time to playing and when a problem occurs...do they take the position that I am not entitled? Reason

And because the reward didn't come my way, I didn't have time to finish the entire season the following week.

The funny thing is that the operator tells me...You can also post to our Forum page on the link I provided and one of our Community Managers will be assisting you.I appreciate your understanding. 

And the community manager will write to me....If our team advised you that they are unable to grant you the item due to you not meeting the requirements Teragot41​ then there would be nothing that we can do on the forums to change this.
