Missing F. Stars Academy 4* weak foot reward evo?

Somehow I seem to be missing the 4 weak foot upgrade for my 2nd academy evo player? I don’t know how it isn’t there? I did the objectives for it? I didn’t realise this until after I used the 4 skill upgrade evo on my second player who currently has 3 weak foot, so now all I can do is either make him 5 skills and 3 weak foot OR 4 skills and 5 weak foot. I can’t have what I want of 5 skills and 4 weak foot? I will attach photos of everything but I’m really confused and annoyed :/ Feels like it’s a bit ruined and I spent so much time on it.
