Missing F. Stars Academy 4* weak foot reward evo?

Somehow I seem to be missing the 4 weak foot upgrade for my 2nd academy evo player? I don’t know how it isn’t there? I did the objectives for it? I didn’t realise this until after I used the 4 skill ...
