Got disconnected during a game after the patch and now I can't even start Ultimate Team. I got a connection score of 99 at the EA thing and all internet and hardware stuff is in order. What now?
Community ManagerHi there. Please try deleting all of your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty one and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
Hi. Could you help me with my problem too? I get a "connecting to ultimate team is not possible" msg at the end of my last game of gauntlet. The game doesn't count and I cant continue with the objectives. It's just for this mode and other modes like rivals or other tournaments are fine

Thank you for your response. That was not what i was aking. It keeps happening again. After ever match of my this last round i receive the same msg and cannot proceed
I already posted my issue on forum before:
When I play the last round of gauntlet at the end I receive a message that connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and the game doesn't count.
I play on play station 5 and I already did all the steps that the ea support told me but still the same thing happens
I've potentially found the answers for my disconnect, I hotspotted of a different Internet provider and it stopped disconnecting, I will be contacting them tomorrow to sort my connection out

I tried deleting all squads and I tried connecting from a hotspot and nothing worked. I can connect to EA servers normally but I can't access ultimate team at all. I won't be able to get my Rivals wins anymore and this sucks.
