Got disconnected during a game after the patch and now I can't even start Ultimate Team. I got a connection score of 99 at the EA thing and all internet and hardware stuff is in order. What now?
Hi there. Please try deleting all of your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty one and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

Don't know who you need to inform but since the server maintenance the game is slow, laggy and basically unplayable. Been fine for a while players felt sharp could control the ball. Now it's as if the players are toddlers takes 5/6;touches to get it under control. Turning is slow, when sprinting feels like they have weights in the boots. Whatever you've done it needs looking at. My internet is fine super fast broadband in the UK. Looking on X alot of people have the same issues even nickrtf had it on stream. It' neds a serious look at it's really not a game worth playing at the moment
I've potentially found the answers for my disconnect, I hotspotted of a different Internet provider and it stopped disconnecting, I will be contacting them tomorrow to sort my connection out
I ran a test on my internet connection, playstation network connection and all is fine. This ridiculous game’s issues with its servers is so pathetic. Its 2026, EA has made 20+yrs of FIFA games and STILL has menu freezing/glitches, players not showing in certain game modes, evolutions not showing proper stats when upgrading. ITS 2026 FIX YOUR GAME. Stupid **bleep** multimillion dollar company

I tried deleting all squads and I tried connecting from a hotspot and nothing worked. I can connect to EA servers normally but I can't access ultimate team at all. I won't be able to get my Rivals wins anymore and this sucks.

Yes, I did a few SBC's on the mobile app and after that when I tried to log in it worked. Don't know what is up there, but it is working now, thanks!

I’m on PS5 and I can’t connect to EA servers. I’ve tried restarting my router, restoring licenses, restarting my PS5, a changed my DNS. At this point I ordered a new router. Any other suggestions? It’s been like this for 48 hours
