Missing FC Points after making purchase in pro clubs

I purchased the 1050 Points bundle for $10 usd bought 2 items in clubs and had a balance of 500 to spend on the boosters when they refresh again. 

logged in 2 days ago after not playing for like 2 days and saw my balance at 0… i’ve contacted support via email on the support page and heard nothing back…  where does 500 FC points just vanish? There isn't even anything in my inventory that might point to me accidentally buying something. I wan’t it back or my money refunded into my account please.
