missing fut birthday evolution from the store pack

I purchased the Historical Birthday Cosmetic EVO Pack from the store and redeemed the evolution. Since the pack was repeatable twice, I purchased it again pack to pack. However, after redeeming it the second time, I did not receive the second evolution.
