Missing Lv 40 rewards

Question

Has anyone else found this problem.....?

I've just completed season pass Lv 40 and the rewards came up on screen, some packs and Rogers/Tomorrow special cards (I jumped from Lv 38 straight to 40)

The packs were in store but the players are not in my club.

I've already checked in case I've accidentally quick sold which I haven't.

Now the season pass shows as Lv 40 but the two players aren't ticked suggesting I've claimed them, but also don't allow me to claim them either.....(see screenshot).

I've tried restarting the game but the players haven't been added.

Anyone experienced this and found a way to get the players?

You can choose which prize to get. U chose the packs. Thats all.

You can choose, but if you used the prompt to 'claim all' they auto select the packs for you rather than the players. For some reason the default option is packs rather than unique cards and seemingly players were supposed to know this when using the 'claim all' prompt.
