Missing my ea fc 26 ultimate edition rewards

As stated. I did in fact get the 2k fifa points. I didn’t get a hero pack or the premium pass. Which was guaranteed to me. And as of today I still haven’t received it. Please get back to me with compensation because it eliminates the reason of me pre ordering it.
