Missing Packs in Ultimate Team Store (More than 30 packs disappeared)

Hello,

I have a problem in Ultimate Team in EA Sports FC 26.

I had many packs saved in my store (around 20 tradable and 24 untradable packs from SBCs). After the new promo update, most of my packs disappeared from the "My Packs" section.

I tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game and opening other packs, but the missing packs did not return.

Could you please check if this is a known issue and help restore my missing packs?
