Fut champs bug

Hello,

I’m reporting an issue that occurred during a FUT Champions match.

I completed a match and won it. After the final whistle, I got a message saying “an error occurred with the EA servers,” and I was disconnected from Ultimate Team.

When I logged back in, the match was counted as a loss, even though it was already finished.

Details:

- Platform:ps5

- Date :18/04/26 

- Mode: FUT Champions

This directly affects my FUT Champions rewards. Please could you review this match and correct the result if possible?
