Missing Pc fc 26 pre order rewards

I’m really frustrated right now because I pre-ordered the game well before August 26 specifically to receive the guaranteed pre-order rewards, and I still haven’t received them. I paid early and followed all the requirements, so this is incredibly disappointing.

Can you explain why the rewards I was promised are missing? I didn’t spend my money early just to be left waiting while others are enjoying their bonuses. I expect this issue to be fixed as soon as possible—I pre-ordered in good faith, and I want what I paid for.
