Missing rewards

I completed the winners circle 1 objective last month under winners circle completionist and claimed the rewards. However, then my account says i did not complete the objective and i am no longer eligible for the full reward of winners circle completionist despite having completing the winners circle 1 & 2 objective. I have reached out to EA support and was told I’ll be notified of the fix with an in game notification. It has now been a month ever since i opened those cases, I’ve need heard back about a resolution or compensation.
