Missing SBC Dan Burn

I was doing the Dan Burn then the Lo Celso SBC on the web app i did them back to back i didnt claim Burn so when i went to claim them only lo celso was there. I have restarted the game and opened a pack but Burn did not show up and is not in quick sell recovery. So even though i completed the dan burn sbc and it shows in game i never got the card. I went through the help portal and they said they would send it to another team to see if they would log it as a bug report. So no help there im down a 90 & 91 squad with no Showdown Dan Burn.
