Missing season pass and lost packs

Subject: Missing Season Pass and Lost Packs – FC 26 Ultimate Edition. I pre-ordered the FC 26 Ultimate Edition, which was supposed to include the Season Pass, but I never received it. Also, yesterday I received two Rare Gold Player Packs, but when I opened the first one, I was kicked out of the Web App, and the second pack disappeared completely.
