Missing season pass

I pre-ordered EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition in September. I was promised the Season 1 Premium Pass as part of the pre-order bonus, but it has not arrived yet. All other pre-order and Ultimate Edition items have been received — except for this one. Anyone else dealing with this problem?
