Missing Seasons Wins - Completed Matches Not Counted

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a tracking issue I recently experienced in FC 26 Seasons mode regarding uncounted wins.

Here are the details of the issue:

I was leading in two separate matches when my opponents disconnected/left the game.

Normally, this should automatically count as a win for me, but neither of these matches was recorded, and I did not receive any points.

I have attached a screenshot for one of these matches as proof. Importantly, the match against the player shown in this screenshot does not even appear in my match history at all.

My own connection was perfectly stable throughout. I did not receive any error messages, and I even played another match right after these two, which was recorded in my history without any issues.

Could you please check my account's backend history for these disconnected games and grant my missing wins/points?
