Your fault not mine

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If your game is constantly disconnecting, we should check the quality of your connection. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. 

It is not a problems with my connection, and now for two days I can't play a squad battle it does nothing at the jersey selection screen and I have to quit out of the game. I can't express how dumb this game makes me feel to have spent money for it

Please tell me how I was supposed to resume playing this match

But don't worry, I understood my disconnection warning, totally my fault 

EA_Aljo​ Star is born cup, been here for about 10 minutes, want to bet if I get a disconnection warning when I restart my game

Same problem if I lose the match the screen is not frozen but if I win it takes around 10 min to load the screen and if I quit and open again it shows disconnection notice

Can you get me that Connection Quality Report screenshot I mentioned previously?

Another day, another disconnection warning cause the game can't figure out how to load a match
