Multiple Server Issues When Completing Objectives

I'm completing the new objectives in Ultimate team and have gotten a server issue and kicked out after completing multiple games.  This is an ongoing issue and has happened all season.  I would like to see the this issue fixed and to be compensated for the wasted time.  I've been trying to complete the Greatest Hits and Wind it Back but get kicked out right before the end game screen to advance.  This is unacceptable from a company as large as EA.
