My access to the game is restricted

I don't understand why my access to FC26 is restricted, I never leave games in the middle of a match, it's happened to me twice because of a problem with my computer that caused the game to crash. But I was able to play again after this incident, and since then it's been 2 days, and for no reason, since an error message appears when I open the game telling me: "your access to the game has been restricted" and I can't do anything on EA support. 
I need help!!!!
