my account got banned

When I am trying to login my account it shows that your account has been banned for hours even though I didn't even do anything pls ea recover my account . I am little scared

my account got market ban, because of coin transfer, but i not selling coins or anyting, im just buying coman WW 87 play weekend league and sold him after, the next day i open my account, my account got market ban, i didn't do anyting pls ea unban me
