My account is blocked and suspended more than two weeks

My account has been suspended and banned for over two weeks. Will this ban ever be lifted? I send a message to EA customer service every day, and they tell me to fix the problem. They tell me the ban...

Hi there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit another dispute with Terms of Service so they can investigate the ban. There are instructions for that in this article.  Just disputing the ban doesn't mean it's going to be lifted though. They have to find evidence that it was given in error. Thank you.
