PC Pro Clubs Input Delay

Never had this issue in over 10 years of pro clubs until the last few weeks; some games will play fine, however some will have significant (5+ seconds) of input delay when other connection markers are absoltley fine (no FPS drops, ping spikes, unstable connection etc).

It can occur right off of kickoff or after a few in game minutes.

This renders the game completely unplayable. I'm wasting time trying to see if my connection even works in a game before having to leave because I can't reasonably control my pro. 

I've seen several EA and reddit posts from the last month or two discussing this issue with no response or assistance. It's unacceptable to think that a game mode that has been a staple for over 10 years is now unplayable for some for what looks like over 2 months.
