My EA issue

Hi EA sports a technical issue happened to me I was in a tournament to win 500 FC points  and I was in quarter finals when I joined the match to play with my opponent it said that I had to wait for my rival 5 minutes after it said the match cancel and it kicked me then I check and it said I was eliminated from the tournament and my opponent went to semifinals and I got disqualified thanks EA sports I hope you guys fix this issue and get this message
