My FC26 profile just says "Failed to load."

When i try to get into my FC26 saved profile it just says "Failed to load." ive done all kinds of trouble shooting and even factory reset my PC and redownloaded the game but it still wont work. I cant even get into the FC companion app on my phone. I put a lot of time and money into this profile. PLEASE HELP!
