My game cuts to black when I load it up.

I got the game yesterday and whenever I load the game up it cuts to black after the loading screen? I have been on the phone to Xbox they said it was an ea problem, and then ea said there’s nothing that they can do? So am I supposed to just have a broken game or is there anything I can do?
