My game freezes everytime i create a new team

Goodmorning, im having some big issues with fut.

Yesterday night i created a new team to play the silver cup but after i adjusted the tactics the gae froze. I knew that team was corrupted as i hard this problem before, so i opened the companion app and delete them all, but when i logged back in my console, whenever i try to add add players in any random team or sbc or even open the evolutions tab, the dynamics of my players don't charge up and the game freezes. I dont really know what to do, does anyone know what is happening?
