My game is stuttering and won't stop until the match ends!

My game is stuttering and simply becoming unplayable. I tried several settings that gave me the illusion that I was fixing it, but during the game the same thing happened again. I lost 3 entries in the early access finals and I simply won't be able to play because it's a 24-hour window and my game is unplayable. I tried changing several in-game settings, updated my AMD drivers, changed resolution, restarted the computer, closing everything while only EA FC was online, I even cleaned my desk which was practically clean cause I did like 4 weeks ago, I monitored the temperature and everything was normal, normal internet as you can see in the videos, and I tested more things with GPT, important to mention that GPT said EA always releases poorly optimized games and that the problem is probably theirs. Congratulations EA, until the day before yesterday everything was fine.
