My game looks like it's in slow motion.

My game has been lagging a lot after the last update, and it looks like it's in slow motion. When are you going to fix this? It's unplayable, or is there any way to fix it on PC? I'm absolutely certain the problem isn't my PC because it was playable, with all graphics on ultra. I had this problem a few months ago, but they fixed it, However, they updated it and the bug returned.
