My new account was "restricted from accessing any online features"... why?!

Hi,

I'm content creator with EA Creator Network. I've been having trouble logging in to the servers since yesterday. I used the FC26 key on a new account, without any content. Why are my online features blocked? I should add that I downloaded "Skate." as a test and there are no issues with multiplayer. I have already filled out the form (long waiting time) but I would like help here.
